DESCRIPTION: Newlyweds Jean Marc and Casimira Gorce have created a line ofdelicate chocolate-coated and cocoa-dusted ganache gems that will renew your passion for bittersweet French-style truffles. As authentic French truffles should be, XOX truffles are small, slightly irregular shaped, hand-rolled treasures with a dense ganache center that quickly melts into rich buttery softness in your mouth. A special vegan line is made using soy milk in place of cream ~ you'll swear Heaven can be healthy. There are approximately 80 truffles in a pound packaged in a variety of individually hand-painted papier-mache boxes.

SIGNATURE CHOCOLATES: More than 20 different cream-based truffles and vegan truffles including a soft "oh my God caramel"; a French roast dipped in dark chocolate and quickly rolled in paillete fin au cafe coffee crunch; a nosiette filled with hazelnut paste blended with a French bittersweet ganache and rolled in finely crushed hazelnut praline.
