1. Product Disclosure(s): XOX Truffles are made with very high quality chocolate products from France. What makes XOX Truffles special is the lack of wax in its ingredients. Because of this, our truffles are more delicate and more sensitive to warmer environment. XOX Truffles are what a true and authentic French chocolate truffle should be: bite-sized, irregularly-shaped (rustic), very smooth and absolutely wax-free.
 
2. Shipping Disclosure(s): XOX Truffles Inc. is currently using a 2-day service by Federal Express. An additional $15 overnite service is also available upon request and enforced during the warmer months of April to October.
 
3. XOX Truffles Inc. does not guarantee the condition such as melting and/or clumping due to extreme weather environment. As a precautionary method, we bubble-wrap all the packages w/ gel ice during the warmer months of April to October.
